We provide antenatal education for first time dads to be. We talk about pregnancy, birth and early fatherhood and help you transform your knowledge and confidence.
We are on a mission to get dads more engaged during the perinatal period so they are better able to support themselves and their families.
Many men go into childbirth feeling nervous, anxious, and confused. Alternatively, some have a false sense of confidence that isn’t based on true readiness.
